International orders

How to order from outside the United States

  • Follow steps 1 to 10 below.
  • Review the Windows snapshots of the LifeWave™ Web site.

1. Write our LifeWave™ distributor's ID in your record: 608931.

2. Visit another Web site with a different URL, our LifeWave™ Web site.

3. Click on the "Shop" link in the navigation links in the header (top right).

4. A secure Web page appears, with on the upper left corner, a table with the title "Product categories."

5. Bring your mouse pointer over your country's link on the horizontal drop-down menu.

6. Select the products available for shipping from the expanded horizontal drop-down menu.

6. Add your selected product to the shopping cart.

7. Checkout after selecting your product(s).

8. Select if you are you a new or an existing customer?

9. If you are a new customer, fill out an online application.

10. Continue the checkout process.

If your country is not listed in the LifeWave™ payment processor (see list of participating countries in the shipping section below), please contact our Customer care before placing an order. We have various options to ship our products worldwide.

Shipping

We ship worldwide, however some countries are not yet part of the LifeWave™ distribution program.

All products can be shipped worldwide with the exception of the Okalani Catalyst Water which is only available for shipping in the USA and Canada.

If your country is not listed in the LifeWave™ shipping program, please contact our Customer care before placing an order to determine:

  • shipping costs
  • import prohibitions
  • shipping restrictions

applicable to your foreign country.

The most cost-effective shipping carrier and delivery method will be used to ensure all orders can be tracked and insured, usually by:

  • United Parcel Service (UPS)
  • US Postal Service (USPS)

Note:

  • We are not responsible for any lost packages which are incorrectly addressed due to customer error. If a package is returned to us, you will be charged shipping to have the package(s) re-shipped.
  • Other carriers such as FedEx, or DHL Worldwide may be selected at the customer's discretion.
  • International orders will usually be shipped from a foreign LifeWave™ distribution center in Germany or in Japan.
  • You may be subject to import duties and local, state or municipal taxes once a shipment reaches your country.

Credit cards are processed through the LifeWave™ online servers.

You can safely enter your credit card number via the secure servers of LifeWave™, which encrypt all submitted information.

All banking information from the buyer are concealed from the seller. We will never know anything about your sensitive banking information.

International orders may be subject to a sales tax.

Please note that your state or municipal government may require you to declare mail order purchases and pay sales tax on them directly.

Shipment times, exclusions and backorders

We try to ship our orders as quickly as possible, but due to some unforeseen circumstances we may be delayed.

Out of stock items usually ship with a delay of a few days. Orders with items on backorder are held until they become available and can be shipped complete.

An order with multiple items may be subject to backorders.

When placing an order please consider the holidays, and note that an extra day or two may need to be added to your delivery date.
