Please note that we can only process returns and refunds for items

To process a return, please follow the steps below:

on a separate piece of paper.
All merchandise must be returned in new condition, in its
original shipping packaging with all accessories and manuals that may have
accompanied the original shipment.

Retain your shipping receipt for proof.

proper delivery.
Returns will be processed promptly and a credit will be issued
in the original form of payment.
Important note:
Shipping fees for the return, the packaging, the insurance and
the delivery of your order are not reimbursable.
Full refund are processed less the original shipping and
handling cost.
