The preferred shipping carriers used by LifeWave™ are:

• Carrier: US Postal Service (USPS)
• Delivery method: Priority mail
  
  
• Carrier: United Parcel Service (UPS) - UPS does not deliver to P. O. Boxes.
• Delivery method: Ground

Shipping

Shipping costs

Shipping costs are calculated by the weight of the package and the final destination. Your shipping costs will be calculated for you as each item is added to your shopping cart on the LifeWave™ server, so that you will know your shipping costs before you render your final selection.

Orders are shipped from our LifeWave™ distribution centers.

• Hawaii
• Virgin Islands
• Guam
• P.O. Boxes
• APO addresses and other military or overseas addresses

We are not responsible for any lost packages which are incorrectly addressed due to customer error. If a package is returned to us, you will be charged shipping to have the package(s) re-shipped.

You will receive an e-mail from us confirming receipt of your order, and alerting you when your package is on its way with all the relevant tracking information.

• Express mail or overnight shipping

Shipment times, exclusions and backorders

We try to ship our orders as quickly as possible, but due to some unforeseen circumstances we may be delayed.

Out of stock items usually ship within 10 business days. Orders with items on backorder are held until they become available and can be shipped complete.

An order with multiple items may be subject to backorders.

When placing an order please consider the holidays, and note that an extra day or two may need to be added to your delivery date.
