I just sent a set of patches to a friend who's a doctor in Alabama. He did a set of push-ups to complete failure first, without the patches. He did 149. Then he added the patches and waited for 15 minutes. On this second set when he should have been too exhausted to do even half of what he had done on his first set, he did 194 push-ups!! This is unheard of. It really is. I own a gym and people just don't do more on a second set after going to failure on the first set. I would have said it was impossible. Obviously, we have something incredible with these patches.

Got my Start-up Pack yesterday afternoon -- patches, CD, booklets and brochures. I waited until this morning to do a test with the patches. I used my tricep bar with 45 lbs. Did the first set of 26 overhead reps to exhaustion. Then I immediately applied the patches, waited ten minutes and did 41 reps . . . I couldn't believe it. That was 15 minutes ago.
